Throughout her career, Vladlena has specialized in refining operational frameworks, strengthening compliance and process integrity, and implementing systems that enable teams to perform at their highest level. She holds a degree from Washington State University, which provided a foundation in systems thinking, risk awareness, and disciplined organizational management.
Born in Ukraine and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Vladlena’s heritage has shaped her strong work ethic and the values she brings to every aspect of her life. She is married and a proud mother of twins, and she finds balance and inspiration through her love of faith, family, nature, and travel.
