Lisa Gesin

Chief Compliance Officer 

Lisa Gesin is a seasoned compliance professional with more than 25 years of experience in the securities and financial services industry. A graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1999.

Throughout her career, Lisa has served insurance, broker-dealer, investment advisory, and municipal advisory firms in a wide range of compliance and supervisory roles. She has also contributed to the professional community through her service on the board of the Dallas–Fort Worth chapter of the National Society of Compliance Professionals. Her expertise has led to invitations to speak at numerous local and national industry conferences, including serving on faculty panels and participating in an SEC-hosted discussion.

In addition to her professional work, Lisa is actively engaged in community service. She serves on the boards of a local women’s organization that provides scholarships to area high school graduates, as well as support to graduates of the area high school who are currently attending U.S. service academies or serving in the military. She is also a proud member of Delta Gamma Fraternity and holds alumnae leadership roles supporting the organization’s mission and mentoring its members.

Outside of her commitments, Lisa is an avid sports fan—especially devoted to Aggie athletics and the Houston Astros. She enjoys spending her free time traveling with her husband, who is also an Aggie, and their two adult children, both proud University of Oklahoma Sooners.
